The Safepoint Response Centre represents a fully accredited, state-of-the-art monitoring and alarm receiving centre (ARC), that pairs perfectly with the Safepoint app and portal. It gives your organisation the confidence that your staff’s safety is being professionally supervised, around the clock.

Our team of friendly, highly-skilled and qualified experts monitor all tasks your team create through the Safepoint app. If a staff member requests emergency help or is unresponsive, our team will handle the response at every step. What’s more, you can see a complete history of all GuardianPlus activity through your organisation’s Safepoint portal.

Standards and accreditations

Our GuardianPlus Response Centre and the team has the following accreditations:

  • BS5979 – European Standard for Monitoring and Alarm Receiving Centres

  • BS8484 – British standard for the provision of lone worker safety services

  • BS7858 – UK standard for vetting of people employed in the security sector

The Response Centre is entirely self-sufficient, with its own servers and power supplies. It is staffed by an expert team with years’ of experience of handling emergency situations.
