Safepoint announced in the Tech East 100

Tech East has celebrated 100 “leading-edge” Norfolk and Suffolk-based tech businesses in its ‘Tech East 100’ event. The businesses were chosen by industry experts from Tech Nation, Barclays Eagle Labs, Anglia Capital Group, UEA and New Anglia Growth Hub.

Safepoint, the staff safety solution, was named alongside brilliant and innovative businesses from the worlds of agriculture, hospitality, transport, gaming and much more.

Despite having to take the ceremony online due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, Tech East pulled out all the stops to make the event a memorable one. The presentation was streamed live from Adastral Park and featured roundtable discussions, a stylish set and even an introduction by Norfolk-based national treasure (and tech fanatic), Stephen Fry. The event was supported by Norfolk and Suffolk County councils alongside BT and many other great sponsors.

Safepoint is proud to have been recognised among so many other fantastic organisations and we are glad to see more attention brought to this amazing region. We will continue to keep innovating and finding new ways to protect and help everyday working people.
