Quick tasks and other new features – November update
Quick Tasks
Safepoint has just released its latest set of features. Our biggest update is the addition of ‘Quick Tasks’, which allows users to quickly set up standardised tasks based on what they do most.
For instance, if you use Safepoint for your daily commute, you could set up a quick task called ‘Driving to Site’, and set it to an hour. Once you’ve set it up, you can start a task with one simple tap! What’s more, you can set up as many quick tasks as you like.
Simplifying ‘teams’
With Safepoint, you can organise a company into as many teams as you like, such as ‘management’, ‘night-shift’ or ‘sales’ –with each team having different settings based on their needs. Many of our clients use teams to keep their staff organised and better protected.
For some of our smaller clients, however, this level of complexity was unnecessary and confusing. With our latest update, we have made Safepoint easier for single-team organisations, whilst elegantly keeping all the benefits for multi-team ones.
Now, when you open Safepoint, you’ll just see tasks for your current team. For many smaller organisations, this is all they’ll need to see. For users who are part of several teams, they can swap in just a couple of taps!
